More Planetbox Meals

These were supposed to have fed me from 9 AM to 9 PM. If it was available when I had that schedule last semester, I would have gotten the Planetbox Launch! That one is more for  adults with bigger appetites. This size works just fine for my 3-5 hour school days, though.

Carrots, cucumbers, sticky rice and black-eyed pea pudding, jicama, jackfruit, white rice with dukkah that Ryan's mom made, banh xeo (a Vietnamese crepe with mung bean sprouts, pork, shrimp, and scallions) and some sort of leaf as the garnish. In the treat section are some circus animal cookies.

Garlic sauteed bok choy, two cuties, salt and vinegar kettle chips, elbows with basic marinara sauce. In the treat section is a white rabbit candy!

The best thing about the Planetbox is that it's stainless steel! Something gross that happened: After the semester ended, I completely forgot to empty out my final PB lunch. I think I left it in the corner somewhere before I needed it again in September. Luckily, I had finished most of the food but there was one very sad-looking dried up tangerine (still unpeeled!) and tiny cucumbers that had basically turned to dust. So you bet I doused it in a bleach solution and scrubbed the crap out of it! Now it looks brand new. I just need to get over what I saw when I first opened it last month!
